My name is Sylvia - and I am the person behind Solace Mind®. I understand the challenges you face because I've been there. I dedicated my life to personal development, mental wellness training, and education in several disciplines and practices. These techniques helped me overcome my barriers and live my every day to the fullest - and I am now confident I can do the same for you.
I developed The Journey to a Solace Mind Program, a one-of-a-kind holistic wellness program. It's not just about guidance and support, but about empowering you to discover your own life's answers. Your transformation journey begins with our very first discovery call.
So, what exactly can I do for you?
The Solace Mind® approach is comprehensive, encompassing a variety of techniques and awareness, including emotional intelligence, for a holistic approach to transformation. I will help deepen and improve your relationship with yourself and others, help improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and finally, help improve your overall lifestyle, finances, and habits.

Solace Mind helps identify your fears, barriers, and limiting beliefs and move past them. My approach involves including multiple healing modalities for a holistic and well-balanced approach.
Our holistic approach is all about meeting you where you are and tailoring the program to your specific challenges. We delve into your unique story and consider everything you need and want to achieve.
You will work to improve your life on all levels - connecting your mind, body, and spirit for a true transformation that comes within and manifests in all aspects of your life.
From day one of your personalized program, you will notice changes in your mindset and confidence. As you stay committed, it will gradually change how you see and react to situations, deepen your relationships, and help you strive in your career and business.

Gentle Yoga
Yoga is an ancient practice and much more than just an exercise. Our gentle poses and flows allow you to notice changes in your body and mind.
Gentle Yoga is accessible to anyone, not limited by age, experience, health conditions, or past injuries. It will help you reach greater flexibility in your body, mind, and spirit, and you can tackle daily challenges in a calmer state. You will become more aware of your body, and with practice, you can take everything you learned off the mat - and implement it in your everyday life.
iRest Yoga Nidra
Integrative Restoration or iRest Yoga uses and builds upon the ancient restorative practice of Yoga Nidra with modern-day psychology. It is an ideal addition to traditional yoga classes, as you will explore your body, thoughts, emotions, feelings, and beliefs. I will guide you through a 10-step protocol that will lead you to a complete state of self-awareness and ease - a feeling many of us have not experienced for a long time.
iRest yoga is an empowering experience clinically backed to help with various mental health issues. Invest a moment in this nourishing self-care practice, and you will learn how to combat depression, anxiety, stress, and other limiting fears.
Sound Healing
Sound has been used for healing since ancient times. It is a part of nearly all ancient cultures, including Buddhism, Greek mythology, African shamanism, and Indigenous healing rituals.
In my sound healing sessions, we will use the healing effect of different frequencies and rhythms, which are proven to change your brainwaves directly. You will soon reach a meditative state of complete awareness by being an active listener.
I particularly focus on Naad yoga, a type of sound healing based on the belief that our entire world—including the earth, space, and your body—is a sound or vibration. We will explore the sounds that lie within you and the world surrounding you so you will not only heal from everyday struggles but also reach a higher state of consciousness.
Pranayama
Pranayama is a system of breathing techniques developed throughout thousands of years in India.
Pranayama is among the most practical healing modalities I offer. Once I teach you the techniques, you can use them when you feel stressed or at a loss of control. We will learn to control our breath and to use it to build a connection between our body and mind.
Pranayama is particularly powerful for those who lack control and need a tool to decrease stress, improve sleep, and boost their mood and cognitive performance. Finally, Pranayama also offers a range of physical benefits, a practice we include in our coaching to improve your health and well-being.
Reiki Healing
If fears and mental blockages began impacting your everyday life, you might find Reiki Healing particularly useful.
Reiki Healing uses the energetic work of laying hands to release blocks and restore the free flow of energy in your body. Distance Reiki is also available but is only possible if you are ready to connect deeply with your coach. When a proper connection of trust is achieved, I can transmit energy to you as if we were standing side by side.
Hypnotherapy
One of the latest offerings from Solace Mind® is hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy is particularly powerful when we want to change behaviors and habits, like smoking or eating unhealthily. It can also help with sleep disorders, anxiety, and phobias.
Hypnotherapy works on deep causes of our struggles, those lost in the subconscious mind. That makes it a transformative practice for those who have experienced trauma, as we will access these stored memories and help to release them - along with all phobias, habits, and emotions they have caused.
By fusing all these practices, we are taking a holistic approach for the most effective and valuable session that will transform your being on the physical, conscious, and subconscious levels.
