Using the effects of frequency and rhythm, sound therapy directly impacts our brainwaves. It helps our brain to reach a relaxed, meditative, and even sleeping state.
Although we lead you through sound healing, it is not only a passive experience. We’re helping you to relax and breathe more deeply. However, you are an active receiver by being aware of every sound you hear. This increased awareness makes you more receptive and open to the healing power of sounds.
There are many types of sound healing therapies, which can involve simply listening to music, singing, and playing an instrument. A type of sound healing we love to incorporate is the ancient practice of Naad yoga, based on the belief that everything is a sound or vibration. By mastering both the expressed and unexpressed sounds within ourselves, we can increase our consciousness and take control of our health and life.
