iRest Yoga Nidra

Integrative Restoration, or iRest, is a form of meditation based on the ancient practice called Yoga Nidra. iRest is adapted for the modern day when the chaos of the world around you makes it more challenging to connect to your body.

With iRest, we guide you through the journey of experiencing your body, breath, emotions, and thoughts. We will follow the 10-step iRest protocol until you finally reach a complete state of rest.
