Private Sessions

A private session can be an excellent way to achieve a balanced mind and also aid you in reaching a more profound sense of awareness. These sessions can be tailored to your individual needs and happen in your home, workplace, or place you designate. The session can take place indoors or outdoors.

Group Sessions

Private sessions can also be scheduled to celebrate special events in your lives. They are a great option if you’d prefer to practice with your family, friends, significant other, and even your children.

You can schedule a 60-minute or 90-minute session. Combine one or more healing modalities, including gentle yoga, meditation, sound healing, and/or Reiki.

We bring trauma-informed, mindfulness-based healing modalities to military members to support their healing and transformation. As a Marine Corps veteran herself, Sylvia offers discounted sessions to military personnel and veterans. Sylvia is certified as a Warriors at Ease Yoga Instructor and trained as an iRest Yoga Nidra Instructor - both military-focused.
