Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is a practice of stillness that explores the beauty of breathing and stretching. It is an accessible practice everyone can do, regardless of their experience, health condition, and age.

Although it is not as physically intense as other yoga styles, it has a more pronounced impact on our flexibility, focus, and awareness.

In our gentle yoga classes, we simultaneously work on your mental, physical, and spiritual self. This holistic approach can help those struggling with intense anxiety, depression, uncertainty, and insecurity.

Many of us have lived through complex and traumatic experiences, which is why we also teach trauma-informed yoga. This restorative practice can help trauma survivors to heal.  We work on the impact of trauma on your body and mind rather than focusing on a single mental condition. The practice teaches you to work through the traumatic experience, build resilience, and live a restored and peaceful life.
